Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI) directly detects magnetic nanoparticles, producing high contrast images with incredible sensitivity and quantitation. The flexibility and breadth of applications are dependent on the particle used. Tracer properties can vary widely and determine image quality, sensitivity, and resolution.

Screen and optimize your nanoparticles using the Momentum Magnetic Particle Imaging System with our optional Relax software package. Relax quantitatively measures the magnetic properties of nanoparticles to predict how they will behave during imaging and outputs the information in an easy-to-use format.

MagImage Image Analysis Software

Image processing and analysis tool for MPI and Anatomical Overlay

MagImage is a custom data acquisition and analysis platform developed for Magnetic Insight products. The software comes preinstalled on Momentum imagers, and additional licenses are included with your system purchase.

The MagImage product enables:

  • 2D & 3D image visualization
  • Co-registration of MPI images with other modalities, including X-ray/CT
  • Importing several data formats (DICOM, TIFF, PNG)
  • Exporting publication-ready images, movies, and datasets
  • Post-processing and imaging analysis tools with nanoparticle-specific filters for more advanced data analysis
